Políticas Antiplagio
NEXUS Research Journal maintains an anti-plagiarism policy to ensure that all published works are original. For this reason, the journal uses academic plagiarism detection software:
Turnitin is a service capable of identifying non-original documents and indicating their level of similarity with existing sources. The editorial team will submit articles to verification through this program during the preliminary evaluation process.
Authors must ensure that the similarity index of their work does not exceed 10%, paying special attention to the sections that Turnitin identifies as similar to previously published academic works.
The journal assumes that contributors have ethically managed the sources from which they have extracted data, figures, and information, properly referencing and citing all ideas or texts previously written, whether their own or those of others. The use of extracts from the author’s own previous works without proper citation will be considered self-plagiarism.
If non-compliance with this policy is detected during the preliminary evaluation or external review process, the article will automatically be rejected for publication, and the author will be formally notified.
