All contents of the electronic edition of the journal are offered under an international Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC) license for use and distribution. You may consult the informational version of the license here. Accordingly, anyone is free to add information, modify the content of a text, translate it into other languages, copy, distribute, communicate, or share the complete version of a digital publication, provided that authorship and the original source of publication (journal, publisher, and URL of the work) are properly cited, and the same licensing terms are maintained.

Authors are responsible for the originality of their contribution. The accuracy of the information contained in the article, the ideas and opinions expressed, links to other websites included in the text, corrections made to the manuscript after the evaluation process, as well as any errors or omissions, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the authors.

Before publication, authors are responsible for obtaining permission for reproduction from both the author and the source if their illustrations, tables, or extensive textual quotations from other materials have been previously published elsewhere.

This statement of responsibility does not, in any way, represent the viewpoint of the journal or the publisher, nor does it express the opinion of the editor regarding the content of the manuscripts. Likewise, the receipt of an article does not imply any obligation on the part of the journal to publish it.

Submission of an article to the Scientific Journal Nexus indicates that the author(s) certify that they are familiar with the editorial policy and accept the following terms:

  • The journal allows authors to retain ownership rights over the published manuscripts.

  • Authors grant the journal the right of first publication of their work and the authority to edit, reproduce, copy, distribute, display, and communicate it both nationally and internationally through printed, electronic, and/or digital media, including the internet, in any format.

  • Authors may separately establish additional contractual agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the post-print version (the final version after peer review or the publisher’s PDF), including depositing it in institutional or thematic repositories or publishing it in a book, provided that bibliographic information of the original source is included (preferably using the file downloaded from our website that contains all the necessary data for proper citation of the work).

Likewise, authors are encouraged to disseminate the content of their research through the internet (e.g., on social media or their personal website) before the submission process, as this may lead to productive exchanges that could contribute to the preparation of the pre-print version submitted to the journal.
